4 things that show not all sunscreens are the same

If you’re the kind of person that takes care of their skin, you’ll want to know these 4 things to look out for when choosing a sunscreen. When we decided to develop a convenient snap sachet for sunscreen, we wanted to make sure that our sunscreen ticked all of the boxes, and these are 4 important things to check when you choose a sunscreen:

  1. Does your sunscreen block both UV A and B?
Sunscreen should contain both Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide in order to offer broad-spectrum UV protection. EezySun contains a blend of fine Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide powders, combined with safe FDA approved, sweat proof and water resistant chemical blockers to ensure full spectrum UV A and B protection.
  2. Does your sunscreen harm coral reefs and the environment?
Many Sunscreens can contain oxybenzone chemical blockers which have been shown to cause damage to coral reefs. EezySun does not contain oxybenzone.
  3. Does your sunscreen condition your skin?
The addition of free radical scavenging, anti-oxidant Vitamins A, C and E helps to neutralize damage to your skin’s elastin and proteins, minimizing sun induced skin aging. EezySun also includes a skin conditioning herbal extract from the Bulbinella plant, resulting in a product that protects as well as feeds your skin. Our product dries to a non-greasy see-through layer on your skin, offering you sun protection come rain or shine.
  4. Does your sunscreen contain safe natural occurring UV blockers?
Our main UV blockers are Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide, both are naturally occurring soil minerals that physically block the sun’s rays, offering you broad spectrum UV radiation protection, in an environmentally safe manner.

At the end of the day, skin care is also about convenience, and because EezySun comes in snap sachets that you can easily carry anywhere, you be sure that you’re never without protection.
